Scheduling a telehealth session

Creating a telehealth appointment

Once you have telehealth enabled, you can create a telehealth appointment by selecting your video office from the location dropdown in the new appointment page.

Converting in-person to telehealth

You can convert any non-telehealth appointment into a telehealth appointment simply by editing the location on the appointment to your video office. If you do this, we recommend manually sending an email reminder to the client so they're aware of the change and have the latest telehealth link to join your session.

When using Practicepicnic telehealth, each clinician has their own unique telehealth video office link. The same link is used for all telehealth sessions. You can access the link either from Settings > Telehealth or from the appointment page directly.
