What is a superbill?

A superbill is a detailed document stating the services a client received. Clinicians can create superbills for their clients if they are not in-network with a clients’ given insurance payer. The client can send the superbill directly to the payer, giving them all the information they need for reimbursement.

What are your credit card processing rates?

Card payments are processed through Stripe at the standard rate of 2.9% + 30 cents per successful card transaction.

Do you support insurance claim submissions?

No. We focus on superbills for cash-pay practices, so you don't pay for insurance claim features you wouldn't use.
