Practice settings

Name, EIN and timezone

You can update your practice's name, EIN and timezone from Settings > Practice. Your EIN number will appear on client superbills. Your new clients will default to your practice's timezone but you can change this setting per-client if needed.

Locations

On the Settings > Locations page, review the address we've added for your practice. If you offer in-person sessions, this is what clients will see in your client portal, reminders and billing documents. If something doesn't look right, click Edit to make changes.

Services and products

On the Settings > Services page, configure the types of sessions you offer and set your standard fees. A default set will be set up for you by our team based on your practice type. Click on each one to edit to your needs.

On the Settings > Products page, configure the types of products your practice sells. Once configured, products can be included as part of invoices.

Client announcements

You can send announcement messages to all clients in your practice. This is useful for practice-wide updates such as policy changes, temporary availability issues, or changes to services or rates.

Note: you must have client portal enabled for your practice to use this feature.

Navigate to Messages from the top navbar.

Click on the announcement bell icon.

Fill the details of the announcement and click Send Announcement.

  • Recipients: You can send to either all active clients in the practice or just your active clients. Sending to all clients is only possible for admin clinicians.
  • Title: This will be the subject of the email.
  • Message: This will be the main email body.

Announcement emails will be sent immediately upon clicking the button.

Please note that this feature is for infrequent practice-wide communication. This feature is not for sending regular marketing emails or for sharing sensitive patient information.
