I accidentally selected a non-telehealth location while creating an appointment. How can I fix this?
If you selected your Main Office or other physical location as the location when you meant to select your Video Office, you can simply edit the session. Your clients will get the telehealth link in the next email reminder the system sends out. Note that it's possible an email or text reminder went out if you scheduled the appointment some time ago. In which case, you should send the client a manual email reminder from the appointment page.
