Plans and pricing

Pricing

Our pricing is simple:

  • $29/clinician per month
  • $10/clinician per month for Telehealth (optional per clinician)
  • Credit card processing fees via Stripe: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction

We only have one plan at the moment which includes all of our features.

Managing your subscription

Once you're subscribed to Practicepicnic, you can manage your subscription from Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.

Invoice history

Follow these steps to view your invoice history. Must be an Account owner.

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click on Manage Subscription
  3. Under Invoice History near the bottom, click on the desired invoice
  4. Click Download Invoice. This should download a PDF onto your computer (which you can then print)

Update payment method

Follow these steps to update your payment method. Must be an Account owner.

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click on Manage Subscription
  3. Manage your payment methods from the following page.

Cancel subscription

Send an email to support@practicepicnic.com with "Cancel" in the subject line.
