Practice dashboard
Admin clinicians and practice managers can access the practice dashboard, which has a visual breakdown of your revenue, outstanding balances, appointment statuses and payments. You can control the date range for the dashboard by clicking on the date range at the top of the page.
Appointment status report
The appointment status report gives you a breakdown of all of your appointments and their billing and documentation statuses for a given date range. If you're an Admin clinician or Practice manager, you'll be able to see the appointment status report for all clinicians in your practice.
Outstanding balance report
The outstanding balance report gives you a listing of all outstanding balances and uninvoiced money. If you're an Admin clinician or practice manager, you'll be able to see this information for all your clinicians.
Income allocation report
The income allocation report gives you a breakdown of all payments collected for a given date range. If you're an Admin clinician or practice manager, you'll be able to see this information for all your clinicians.
Revenue report
Admin clinicians and practice managers also have access to the revenue report which gives an aggregated view of total revenue by clinician.
Pay periods

Exporting data to CSV
Most reports can be exported from Practicepicnic using the Export button on the top right of the report page.
