Appointment, income and revenue reports
You can access several built-in reports on Practicepicnic from the Reports page. The available reports include:
- The appointment status report: A breakdown of all of your appointments and their billing and documentation statuses for a given date range.
- The outstanding balances report: A listing of all outstanding balances and uninvoiced money.
- The income allocation report: A breakdown of all payments collected for a given date range.
If you're an Admin clinician or Practice manager, you will see the option to view each of these reports across all clinicians in your practice. If you're a Basic clinician, the reports will be restricted to just your clients.
Additionally, if you're an Admin clinician or Practice manager, you'll also have access to the revenue report from the dropdown (a breakdown of revenue by clinician) and the Dashboard (a visual overview of your practice).
Some reports are scoped to a particular date range. You can update this date range by clicking on the date range from the top of the report.
Reports can be exported to a CSV file by clicking on the Export button on the top right of the report.
