Payouts
Payout schedule and viewing transfers
Once you integrate Practicepicnic with Stripe, you can start receiving payouts for client payments to your bank account. You can control your payout schedule and view the status of pending transfers to your bank by logging into your Stripe account. See the Stripe documentation on payouts for details.
We recommend setting your payout schedule to Daily which is the fastest available on Stripe. This should be the default setting and will ensure you get your money in the bank as fast as possible.
Exporting to accounting software
You can export any Practicepicnic report to a CSV file (which you can then import into your accounting software). You may need to re-format the CSV file in Excel or Google Sheets before you import it into your accounting software. You can access your reports from Operations > Reports.
